I am a PhD student at McGill University and Mila – Quebec AI Institute, under the supervision of Blake Richards. Working at the intersection of AI and neuroscience.I’ve previously done AI research internships at Valence Labs and Huawei.I'm also actively involved in the startup world, helping startups find value with AI as a Scientist-in-Residence at NextAI and a proud Front Row Ventures alum!
In my PhD, I investigate neural computations of normalization in brains and machines, with biologically inspired neural architectures. My work spans deep learning, optimization, computational neuroscience, and out-of-distribution generalization.
